Saying Bye-Bye to Dirty Denim

Oh, denim. You’ve been a hot mess for far too long. You’re awfully filthy – you pollute waterways with your trendy colors. You’re terribly greedy – one pair of you requires more than 2,500 gallons of water!

It’s been ages since I bought a pair of you. I’ve refused to succumb to your washes and styles. But, now I can finally purchase a new pair thanks to Everlane! The brand has released denim that’s manufactured in a LEED-certified facility that recycles 98% of its water, relies on alternative energy sources, and repurposes byproducts to create premium jeans!

Check ’em out!

Jeans by Everlane. Boots by FRYE.
Vintage Sweater from Etsy. T-Shirt by Benjamin Jay.
Earrings by Baizaar. Vintage Bracelet by Cartier. Rings from Left to Right: Eva Fehren, Wings Hawaii, & LiveandConquer.

With a lot of heart,

Carly
